Tracy had a long and accomplished career as a Police Sergeant with the Metropolitan Police Service, however her interest and passion in the field of ‘Sport and Remedial Massage’ was promoted due to her own experiences of sports injuries / operations that required long periods of rehabilitation and recovery.
Tracy fully appreciates the detrimental effect upon general well-being when quality of life is limited through pain and discomfort.
These experiences, led her to embark on a new career as a ‘Sports Masseur & Soft Tissue Therapist’; focussing on assisting clients to improve their quality of life and fulfil their potential.
Tracy studied at the renowned London School of Sport & Remedial Massage (Regents Park University) qualifying with a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Soft Tissue Therapy.
BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Soft Tissue Therapy, is the highest level of sport massage qualification recognised by the SMA (Sports Massage Association) and ISRM (Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage), both principle bodies of sport massage therapy.
