Stephen has been actively involved in competitive sport throughout his life, representing his town, district & county.
Still involved in competitive sport; his primary focus for the last 30 years being Cycle Racing (road / track racing & time-trialing), Triathlon / Duathlon (up to and including Long Course / Ironman distance) & Running, all of which place a tremendous toll of the body.
Having experienced numerous setbacks through sport & work related injuries, he has first-hand experience of the true benefits of ‘Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapy’, to both address injuries and maintain functionality (thereby supporting general well-being & quality of life).
Recognising the impact of sport on the body & also the toll of daily life and work; as well as his own exposure to ‘Soft Tissue Therapy’ (which continues to support him achieving his own sporting goals); he undertook a Diploma Course, studying at the renowned London School
of Sport & Remedial Massage (LSSM – Regents Park University), where he qualified as a Sports Masseur & Clinical Soft Tissue Therapist (BTEC – Level 5).
As a ‘Sports Masseur & Soft Tissue Therapist’; his focus and principle objective is to support others to achieve their own ‘Goals’ and assist clients to maintain a quality of life so that they can fulfil their full potential.
